Permitting
- Customer Request for Permits: Permits will be pulled upon customer request. It is the customer’s responsibility to inform Hasid On The Roof Construction Services if any permits are required for the job.
- Permit Fees: All costs associated with obtaining necessary permits will be included in the final invoice. Customers will be informed of these costs prior to permit application.
Certification
- State and Local Law Compliance: Certification will be pulled only if required by state and local law in a specific area. This includes wind storm certification and any other relevant certifications.
- Additional Certifications: If additional certifications are desired by the customer but not required by law, these can be obtained upon request. The costs for such certifications will be borne by the customer.
Binding Contracts
- Agreement to Estimates: If a customer agrees to an estimate and proceeds with a job via phone call, text, or email, this is considered a signed contract.
- Change Orders: If a change order is submitted via phone call, text, or email, it is also a binding contract. Any additional costs or changes in the scope of work will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before proceeding.
Payment Terms
