Every project gets a written contract before work begins. The contract specifies scope, materials, timeline, payment schedule, warranty, and change-order process. Verbal agreements don't override the written contract.

When you authorize us to represent you in an insurance claim, we work on your behalf with your carrier. We are not a public adjuster — we are your contractor. We don't charge separately for adjuster meetings or supplements; that work is part of the contracted scope.
