How long does an inspection take?
60–90 minutes on the roof, plus a drone pass overhead. We email a written PDF report with photos and recommendations within 48 hours.
What's the difference between Annual and Semi-Annual?
Annual catches gradual wear once a year. Semi-Annual hits both seasons — Spring catches winter damage before hail season, Fall catches summer hail damage before the cold sets in. In Houston, Semi-Annual is the most common choice because the climate punishes roofs in two distinct ways each year.
Can I really cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contract. Cancel by phone or email. If you paid annually and cancel before your visits are used, we prorate the refund based on what's been delivered.
What happens if you find something during an inspection?
You get a written report with photo evidence and a clear recommendation. Repairs are 10–25% off depending on plan. Semi-Annual covers up to $500/yr in minor repairs; Total Care covers all minor repairs. Nothing gets auto-charged — you approve every repair before we touch it.
Do you handle insurance claims?
Yes. All plans include a consultation. Semi-Annual and Total Care include adjuster representation — we walk the roof with your adjuster, document the damage, and write the scope ourselves. Houston homeowners on a maintenance plan have an existing photo record of their roof, which is the single most powerful thing you can show an adjuster.
My roof is 18 years old. Am I eligible?
Yes, but we recommend a one-time paid initial inspection ($299) before enrollment so we can document pre-existing wear honestly. Roofs older than 20 years may be eligible for inspection-only plans. We won't enroll a roof we don't think we can keep watertight.
Do you cover commercial buildings?
We have separate commercial maintenance plans for flat, TPO, modified bitumen, and metal commercial roofs. Pricing is by square footage and roof type. Call us for a custom quote.
What if a storm hits?
Members go to the front of the line. Annual plans get priority dispatch, Semi-Annual gets priority placement, Total Care gets top priority — we tarp before we tarp non-members. Storm response is 24/7 either way.
