Two warranties cover your project: ours on the workmanship, the manufacturer's on the materials. Both are transferable to the next homeowner.
We stand behind our installation. If something we did fails — leaks at flashing we installed, loose shingles we nailed, failed seal at siding we caulked — we fix it free.
Maintenance program members get an extension: 15 years on roofing, 7 years on exterior. More on the maintenance program →
Materials carry their own manufacturer warranties, typically much longer than ours:
We register every project with the manufacturer at completion so the warranty is active. You'll receive the warranty certificate within 30 days.
Both warranties transfer to the next owner if you sell the home. Some manufacturer warranties require a transfer fee ($50–$200 depending on product). We notify you of transfer requirements at completion.
