For offices: heavy work after-hours and weekends. Daytime work limited to lower-impact tasks.

For apartments: daytime tear-off and installation; staging coordinated to minimize parking lot impact.

For mixed-use buildings: hybrid schedule based on which tenants occupy which floors.
